Bilmuri In Birmingham With Support From South Arcade
It may have been a Thursday night but Bilmuri’s Birmingham show quickly proved to this brummy bunch why this whole tour was filled with sold out shows. South Arcade primed the nearly 3,000 strong audience, getting everyone in the room ready for the main event.

From the moment Bilmuri took the stage, it was clear that this wasn’t just another gig—it was a gathering of die-hard fans, fully committed to the chaos. The band’s rowdy energy was matched by an audience that knew every word, pulling from an incredibly vast discography. Frontman Johnny Franck commanded the room with ease, keeping the atmosphere electric while Gabbi’s contributions on trumpet, flute, and vocals added a special dynamic, each one met with a warm reception.
As the set unfolded, the night reached peak volume with ‘Talking 2 Ur Ghost’ though ‘All Gas’ certainly gave it a run for its money. The relentless energy never let up, with ‘Boutta Cashew’ and ‘Livin’ Laughin’ Lovin’’ practically shaking the venue to its core. Each track felt bigger than the last, proving that Bilmuri knows exactly how to construct a setlist that keeps fans engaged. When they launched into ‘Corn Fed Yetis’, the energy hit its peak—this was the loudest the crowd had been all night, a fitting climax to a show that had been full throttle from start to finish.
The night wasn’t quite over yet though. Half the venue had emptied emptied when chants for “one more song” actually paid off. The house lights dimmed once more, the stage lights came back on and the band returned for one final blowout. Anyone still in the room went all in, throwing every last bit of energy into the unexpected encore. It was a perfect end to an unforgettable first night of Bilmuri’s UK tour—raw, loud, and completely unfiltered, just as it should be.
